Hair How-To: Dark Romance Catwalk Edutorial – Paige

The final look from the Essential Looks VivID Collection comes alive in winter; Dark Romance is a perfect reflection of the mystery and iridescence of darker nights and colder weather.

After a statement cut from Schwarzkopf Professional’s Global Styling Ambassador, Richard Ashforth (@richardashforth), Global Colour Ambassador Lesley Jennison (@lesleyjennison) got to work with a mix of shades from IGORA VIBRANCE; applied with the #freehandblending Technique and must-have tool, the Color Blender.

Dark Romance Key Colour Technique: #freehandblending

This technique is a departure from hand painting – start with a dark base then dab colour onto the surface freehand, in petal-like shapes. For best results really drench the colour on so you don’t need to worry about blending – it works best in rich toning depths of brunette.

Before & After
